Families say their child trains at your padel club. You officially validate their level with the SmashPlay methodology, and their profile then shows the verified level, visible in the app to families, clubs and organisers.
Families using SmashPlay look for padel clubs: where they are, what services they offer, how to get in touch. Even without a specific junior padel programme, families find you and can hire your courts to play.
Assessment days, junior padel tournaments and court bookings. Design your own calendar and timetable to show families the courts available.
Running a junior padel americana has traditionally meant Excel sheets, papers with names, calls from families and uneven matches that leave children frustrated. SmashPlay automates the whole process of your club's junior padel americanas and tournaments.
The MATCH_SCORE algorithm pairs players by level and assigns courts. Evenly matched games from the first round, without lifting a finger.
Invite one or more assistants with a personal link or a QR code. From their phone they enter results and deal with issues live. No account, no installs. Access expires when the event ends.
Each team confirms "we won" or "we lost" from their phone. If they match, the round moves on by itself. If there's a conflict, the club decides.
Each family sees their court, partner, opponent and the standings on their phone. The calls to the club asking "what happens now?" disappear.
With a paid plan, at the end of each tournament or americana the players add points to their SmashPlay ranking, the podium pairs earn their champion, runner-up or podium badge, and every event played counts towards the career badges. The badges stay on the child's profile.
Short of players at the last minute? Mark what you need (a level, a category or a new court) and SmashPlay alerts families in the province who have last-minute alerts turned on and have children who fit your event, which is also highlighted in the events list.
Turn it on when you create the tournament or americana. When the event is full, families join in order of arrival. If someone drops out, SmashPlay lets the first family know and holds the place for them for 12 hours (2 if there's less than a day before closing); if they don't confirm it, it moves on to the next one. While families are waiting, places that free up go to them: neither normal registration nor the last-minute call-out opens. You see who is waiting and in what order (first name and initial of each player) and you can move on to the next one without waiting for the deadline. The list closes by itself when registration closes or when the draws are generated.
While your competitors are still using pen and paper, you organise americanas in minutes and families come back every month.
On the Free plan, your first 3 paid events carry no commission. After that, SmashPlay only charges a commission on what you collect through the app: entries and court bookings. Your academy fees carry no commission.
When a family says their child trains at your padel club, you get an alert in your dashboard. You validate their level with the SmashPlay methodology: each criterion is scored from 1 to 5, with a description for each score, and the result gives their SmashPlay level. The level is then verified on the child's card, as a reference for other clubs and organisers.

Three exclusive club features that make your padel facility pay without touching your current adult model. Assessment days, young player search and court bookings for junior matches.
Only clubs can create SmashPlay Assessment Days. You open a day at your padel club, families sign up their children (whether they're your students or not), pay a small fee and your coaching team officially assesses their padel level during the session.
SmashPlay includes a search for children active in junior padel, filtered by province, town, category, level and playing position. You filter, see the results and choose which families to contact. From there you send direct invitations to recruit new students to your padel club.
Direct, secure communication, strict GDPR. Your club only sees the adult's email or phone number if the family allows it.
When adults aren't available, children are. SmashPlay turns that timing mismatch into a new source of income for your padel club: families book your courts for junior padel matches, without touching your current adult model, with no technical integrations and no risk.

Claiming your club's listing and validating your students' levels is free. On the Free plan, your first 3 paid events carry no commission; from the fourth, SmashPlay charges a commission on what you collect through the app. Court bookings carry a commission from the first one. Payments are made through the app, with Stripe. Your academy fees carry no commission. The Free plan has no monthly fee.
We have more than 2,000 padel clubs from all over Spain visible in the directory with their public details (address, phone, services). When you sign up as a club, if yours is in the database we detect it automatically when you enter the name and city, and give you access to the club dashboard with the details already filled in.
No problem. You just fill in the sign-up form with the club's basic details (name, city, address, courts) and you can complete the rest from your dashboard at any time. Your club will appear in the app within a few minutes.
A verified club: the club where the child trains or the club running an Assessment Day they are registered for, up to 7 days after the Assessment Day. The family cannot give itself the verified level, and the level is shown with the name of the club that validated it. Validation uses the SmashPlay methodology, in two modes (Beginner, with 3 criteria, and Competition, with 5), with each criterion scored from 1 to 5. This gives you full control over the quality of your padel academy's data and avoids self-declared levels that lead to uneven matches.
The hours that are empty for adults (school-day afternoons, school holidays, winter weekends) match the hours when children are free to play padel. You set which slots are open for booking from your club dashboard, set peak and off-peak prices, and SmashPlay shows the available courts to families in your area.
No. SmashPlay is complementary: it focuses exclusively on junior padel (up to Júnior category), with a family approach validated by the club. You can keep your current system for adults and use SmashPlay just for your junior academy and recruiting new families.
The padel platform for families. Verified levels, friendly matches, tournaments and court bookings for under-18s.
