What SmashPlay does for your club
SmashPlay is the platform where families manage their children's padel. Your club joins that circuit: they find you, book your courts, sign up for your events and their children have a verified level.
We bring you new families
Families with children who don't reach your courts today because they have no way to find a match or to book with junior schedules and age categories in mind.
You fill off-peak hours
Junior matches in low-occupancy slots. What was an empty court becomes income.
Verified level
You know each child's real level, so putting together balanced groups, classes or draws stops being a headache.
Without touching your system
It doesn't replace your management software. It works alongside it as an acquisition channel and a grassroots padel tool.
A rule that never changes: families never pay to use SmashPlay. Access is free for them, and that's what makes them sign up and find their way to your club.

Paid plans and payment collection are available to clubs and organisers based in Spain.
The 2 free months start without a card. If you don't add a card when they end, you go back to the Free plan with no charge and keep your data. Each club or organiser can only use the trial once.
Is your club in another country? Register it for free in the app and tap "Notify me": we'll let you know when you can take payments and subscribe to plans from your country.
Both paid plans include the first two months free. No minimum term: if it isn't worth it for you, you stop and go back to Free, keeping your listing, your validated levels and your history.
Do you have several clubs? The price is per club that activates the plan. For example, 3 clubs on Pro: €19 × 3 = €57 + VAT/month. If you run a chain, ask for the Multiclub info pack: Multiclub adds a head-office panel for the whole chain.

Inside the events engine
It's the first thing you get with the Plus plan, so it's worth seeing exactly what it does. It's the same engine the platform's organisers use.
Automatic draws

During the event
Results and standings
They're entered from a phone and the standings are recalculated instantly. Families follow them without asking at reception.
Link for assistants
You delegate entering results to a coach or whoever is helping you that day. They get in with a personal link or a QR code, without creating an account.
Urgent call-outs
If a player is missing at the last minute, SmashPlay alerts families in the province who have last-minute alerts turned on and whose children match by level and category, and the event is highlighted in the list. Up to 5 per event.
History
Every event is recorded with its results. Your students build up history and level, and the club has a traceable record of everything it has organised.
It's work that today is done by hand or simply not done. The balanced draw, the live standings and the automatic alert when someone drops out are the three things that take up the most time at every event.

Commission: when and how much
Commission is independent of the plan. It only applies when the club generates real income through SmashPlay: if you don't bill, you pay nothing.

The 8% is the taxable base and VAT is added to the commission. If your club can deduct that VAT, your real cost is still 8%; if not, it is 8% plus VAT.
The payment gateway fee applies whenever payment goes through the app, including on the first 3 events. What isn't charged on those three is SmashPlay's commission.
Paid plans and payment collection are available to clubs and organisers based in Spain. Spanish VAT (21%) applies.
Look at it the other way round: that court, at that time, was probably empty. The alternative to that income wasn't earning less: it was €0. That's why commission only exists when the booking is paid through SmashPlay.

How to choose your plan
No plan is better than another: it depends on what you want to solve right now.
Stay on Free if…
You want to try it with no commitment, get found by families and start receiving junior bookings. It's a complete plan, not a trial version.
Move to Plus (€9 + VAT) if…
You run tournaments or americanas fairly regularly and you have an academy or camps. The draw configurator alone saves you your Sunday afternoon.
Move to Pro (€19 + VAT) if…
Your academy is the heart of the club and you want a written method, consistent assessment across coaches and reports for families. It's the plan for anyone who wants to build a talent pipeline.
And remember…
Both paid plans come with 2 months free and have no minimum term. You can upgrade, downgrade or go back to Free whenever you like.
Frequently asked questions
Do families pay anything?
No, never. Access for families is free and will stay that way. They only pay for the court or the event entry, as they would anyway.
Do I have to change my management software?
No. SmashPlay doesn't replace your system: it works alongside it as a channel for bringing in families and as a grassroots padel tool.
What happens if I stop paying for the plan?
You go back to Free. You keep your listing, your validated levels and your history; you no longer have the paid plan's features.
Does commission also apply on a paid plan?
Yes. Commission is independent of the plan and only applies when there's real income. A club on Free also pays it only if it bills.
What if I publish more than 3 paid events on Free?
You can keep publishing without limit. For that fourth paid event you need to have your payments account connected, because payment goes through the app and 8% + VAT applies. If you'd rather not connect it, you can always publish it as a free event: free events are unlimited and don't use up any of the 3 opportunities.
If I move up to Plus or Pro and still had commission-free events left, do I keep them?
No. The 3 commission-free events are an incentive of the Free plan. From the moment you have a paid plan, commission applies to all your events. If you go back to Free later, you get back any opportunities you hadn't used, but they don't reset.
Can I register several clubs?
Yes. The plan is activated per club, so the price is multiplied by the number of clubs that activate it. For chains there's the Multiclub plan, with a head-office panel.
