The problem with adding more clubs
Opening or adding clubs is the easy part. The hard part is getting them all to teach equally well. As soon as the chain grows, the method that made you good starts to get diluted, club by club.
Every club, a different method
What's "level 3" at one club is something else at another. Without common criteria you can't compare, move students between clubs or measure anything.
The method lives in people
It's in the coaching team's heads, not somewhere you can replicate, measure and control across all your clubs at once.

The plans and how they're charged in a chain
There's no separate chain rate: they're the same plans, activated club by club. You only pay for the clubs that activate a plan, and on Multiclub the chain also gets the head-office panel.

Paid plans and payment collection are available to clubs and organisers based in Spain.
The 2 free months start without a card. If you don't add a card when they end, you go back to the Free plan with no charge and keep your data. Each club or organiser can only use the trial once.
Is your club in another country? Register it for free in the app and tap "Notify me": we'll let you know when you can take payments and subscribe to plans from your country.
The price is per club that activates the plan. Example: 3 clubs on Multiclub come to €19 × 3 = €57 + VAT/month for the whole network. You can activate a plan at some clubs and leave others on Free while you get started.
Multiclub is the name of the Pro plan when a chain activates it: it includes everything in the club plan and adds the head-office panel, the overview of all your clubs.

Commission and total network cost
Commission is independent of the plan and works the same at every club: it only applies when the club generates real income.

The 8% is the taxable base and VAT is added to the commission. If your club can deduct that VAT, your real cost is still 8%; if not, it is 8% plus VAT.
The payment gateway fee applies whenever payment goes through the app, including on the first 3 events. What isn't charged on those three is SmashPlay's commission.
Paid plans and payment collection are available to clubs and organisers based in Spain. Spanish VAT (21%) applies.
What the network costs, in numbers
Three examples of fixed monthly cost depending on how many clubs activate a plan:

Put it in context: €57 + VAT a month for a whole network of three clubs is less than the cost of one court hour a day. And commission only exists once money that wasn't coming in before has already come in.

How to roll it out across the chain
Start on Free, at every club
Sign up all your clubs at no cost. Each one appears in the directory and starts receiving families and junior bookings.
Try Multiclub at a pilot club
Two months free. You set up the methodology and assessment there and check that it works for you before extending it.
Extend the method to the rest
Once defined, it's replicated club by club. That's exactly the work that can't be done today because the method lives in people.
Head office measures
With the head-office panel you see all clubs at once: consistent assessment, student progress and where the network's talent is.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a special chain rate?
There's no separate flat rate: the price is per club that activates a plan. The chain's advantage is the head-office panel, included in Multiclub.
Can we activate the plan at only some of our clubs?
Yes. You can have some clubs on a paid plan and others on Free, and change it whenever you like.
If a club moves up to Plus or Multiclub and still had commission-free events left, does it keep them?
No. The 3 commission-free events are an incentive of the Free plan. From the moment that club has a paid plan, commission applies to all its events. If it goes back to Free later, it gets back any opportunities it hadn't used, but they don't reset.
Does it replace our management software?
No. SmashPlay doesn't touch your system: it works alongside it as a channel for bringing in families and as a grassroots padel layer.
Do families pay anything?
No, never. Access for families is free; they only pay for the court or the event entry.
What happens if we stop paying?
Those clubs go back to Free. You keep listings, validated levels and history; you no longer have the paid plan's features.
Does the head-office panel cost extra?
No. It's included in Multiclub, at no extra cost on top of the €19 + VAT per club.
